Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Settlement and Will of Bibi Zahra Khanum, 1914
Will of Bibi Zahra, dated February 13, 1914: Bibi Zahra Khanum, the daughter of Haji Ismaʻil, settled all her properties and belongings with Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, for 100 dinars. It was also settled that for fifty years from that date, if Bibi Zahra Khanum is alive, her living expenses should be paid, and upon her death, 40 tumans are to be spent upon: a memorial ceremony (costing 20 tumans), prayers and fasts, and to pay her debts and those of her late son, Aqa Muhammad Husayn. Settlement between Mirza Mahmud and Aqa Muhammad Riza, 1895
Settlement between Mirza Mahmud, the son of Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, and Aqa Muhammad Riza, the son of Mirza Muhammad, regarding a garden of trees for fifty tumans. A note on the margin reads: "the wife of Aqa Muhammad Riza (daughter of Habib Allah) and the wife of Aqa Mirza Mahmud (daughter of Aqa Muhammad Husayn) confirmed this and signed it." Another note on the margin reads: "when Aqa Muhammad Riza was alive, he stated that this garden belongs to his wife as part of her mahr, dated November 7, 1895." A note on the verso reads: "the settlement of Aqa Mirza Mahmud's land"
